If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. For instance, if an item was delivered on December 1st, it can be returned by December 8th.

Condition Requirements: All items must be returned in their original condition:

Unused and unworn
In the original packaging with all seals, tags, and protective covers intact
Accompanied by all original accessories, manuals, and the warranty card (if applicable)
Please note that we cannot process return requests for items that are “no longer needed.”

All returned items undergo a thorough quality check to ensure they meet our standards for returns. If an item is returned in unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
